Easy Rides Workstation Hardware and Software Requirements

Workstation Requirements (when Syncromatics is hosting):

• Windows 10 or Mac OS.
• Microsoft Remote Desktop installed/Enabled.
• Reliable internet connectivity 10Mbs download, 5Mbs upload, <80ms latency.
• Recommended 24” or larger view-able screen monitor. Dual monitors strongly advised for dispatchers.

Workstation Requirements (when Syncromatics is NOT hosting):

• Intel compatible processor comparable to Core i5 or i7 at 2.5 GHz and 6GB of RAM.
• 64 bit Windows 10 Professional.
• Microsoft Office Professional 2013 or later. (MS Access 2013 or later required for MS Access based customer driver manifests.)
• 250 GB hard drive
• Internet connectivity for support and training
• Recommended 24” or larger view-able screen monitor. Dual monitors strongly advised for dispatchers.

Server Requirements (NOT required when Syncromatics is hosting)

Same as Workstation plus:

• 64 bit Operating System with either Server 2016 or newer (Server 2016 not recommended because of long/difficult Windows Update times)
  
• Intel compatible processor comparable to Core i7 at 2.5 Ghz and 4 cores or higher.
• 24 GB of RAM
• 500 GB hard drive (SSD recommended)
• SQL Server 2016 or later with Management Studio. SQL Server Standard Edition or higher is required for Easy Rides Plus.
• Server cannot be an exchange server.
• Server cannot be a domain controller.
• IIS should not be installed.
• MS Access (for support and reports).
